3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

For higher-tier services requiring application approval, payment is due upon acceptance of your application.

4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines begin once you complete the required intake form and submit all requested materials (photos, measurements, preferences). Standard delivery times are:

• The Reset: 48 hours from intake completion
• The Overhaul: 7 days from intake completion
• The Transformation: 2 weeks from intake completion (plus ongoing support)

5. Your Responsibilities

To receive optimal service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit clear photos as requested
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide honest feedback about recommendations

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided to you, including style playbooks, shopping lists, and fit assessments, are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share these materials without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

Tess Gant provides styling recommendations based on professional expertise. However, style is subjective, and we cannot guarantee that every recommendation will perfectly suit your personal taste. Our services do not include the actual purchase of clothing items — you are responsible for making purchases through the recommended retailers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tess Gant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
