Our Philosophy

At Tess Gant, we believe you shouldn't pay for results you don't see. That's why we offer clear, no-hassle guarantees on all our services. If our work doesn't meet your expectations, we make it right.

The Reset ($397)

7-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with The Reset, you can request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your deliverables. No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • No explanation required
  • Full refund processed within 3 business days
  • You may keep any free resources provided

The Overhaul ($1,997)

Satisfaction or Revision Guarantee

After completing your intake and receiving your first fit assessment, if you don't feel confident in at least 30 outfits, we will:

  • Revise your wardrobe recommendations until you're satisfied (unlimited rounds)
  • If we still can't align on a direction, refund the difference between The Overhaul and The Reset ($1,600)

This guarantee applies during the active engagement period (30 days from intake completion).

The Transformation ($7,500)

48-Hour Alignment Checkpoint

After your first wardrobe delivery and fit assessment, we schedule a 48-hour checkpoint. If we're not on the same page about direction and expectations:

  • You receive a full refund
  • No arguments, no negotiations
  • Processed within 5 business days

If we continue past the checkpoint, the engagement proceeds with full support through completion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email hello@tessgant.com with:

  • Your name
  • The email address used for purchase
  • The service you purchased
  • Your refund request (no explanation required for The Reset)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3-5 business days.

What's Not Covered

Our refund policy covers the styling service only, not:

  • Clothing items you purchase from third-party retailers (those are subject to each retailer's return policy)
  • Requests made after the guarantee period has expired
  • Services that were completed as described but simply changed your mind weeks later
