How do I request a refund?
Email hello@tessgant.com with your name and order details. That's it. No forms, no hoops, no awkward phone calls.
What if I just don't like the style direction?
For The Reset, you get a full refund within 7 days — no questions asked. For higher tiers, we revise until you're happy. If we truly can't align, you're covered.
Do I have to return anything?
No. The deliverables are digital (PDFs, videos, shopping links). There's nothing to ship back.
What if I bought clothes based on your recommendations and they don't fit?
That's covered too. Send photos, and I'll guide you on what to return, exchange, or tailor. The guarantee covers the styling service, not the clothes themselves — but I'll help you make the right calls.
Is there a time limit on the guarantee?
The Reset has a 7-day window. The Overhaul and Transformation guarantees apply during the active engagement period.
